All products and services purchased from Beyo Creative come with a warranty for the duration of the subscription. If you encounter any issues during your subscription period, we guarantee fast resolutions or account replacements. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund you for the unused portion of your subscription.

For instance, if you buy a 12-month plan but use it for 8 months and 15 days before encountering a problem, we will refund the remaining 3.5 months (approximately 105 days).

While some educational or non-profit accounts may offer lifetime access, these are often legal loopholes that providers monitor and revoke when used improperly. We prefer to ensure stability by offering warranties for the specific subscription period, so you can be confident in your purchase.

We only offer “lifetime” plans when the provider offers them officially, and we purchase them through authorized channels, such as Microsoft’s retail Windows 10/11 or Office 2016/2019/2021 keys.

If you encounter offers for “lifetime” plans that seem too good to be true, be cautious and verify whether the provider genuinely offers such packages. If not, it’s likely a scam.

How do I get a refund?
